I'm Micha. I work where AI strategy turns into something that actually runs, and I like being the one who carries it there.
For the past four years at Accenture I've taken AI initiatives from a messy, half-defined question through discovery and pilot to production. That has taken me across high-tech, energy, retail, chemicals and banking. My background is in electrical engineering and data science, so I'm as comfortable in a build session with engineers as I am in front of senior management.
What drives me is ownership. I like to structure a problem, stay with it, and see it being used. A good slide deck helps, but the outcome is what I care about. That's also why I keep building things myself on the side: it keeps me honest about what I advise on.
Outside work I'm usually somewhere with elevation. Trail running, hiking, bouldering, or under a barbell. That pull towards mountains is a big part of why I'm moving to Norway.
